ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and Manage the Warranty and Repair service of EV chargers.
  • Coordinate and Manage the Warranty and Repair service of Other Green Technology Products.
  • Manage the Service Contractors.
  • Manage the Service Inventories.
  • Manage the Knowledge Data and Technical Documents properly.
  • Manage the Training Program for Contractors.
  • Work with other Team members.
  • Dispatch the Contractors and complete the Service request.
  • Update the Service status Information.
  • Ensure that all relevant information is thoroughly scrutinized and updated.
  • Schedule, coordinate and initiate updates of timelines internally and directly with clients.
  • Provide details and update timelines, keep management, sales reps and clients informed on workflow, and understand the product and support options.
  • Convey vital information on current job status and incoming work during production meetings.
  • Carry out the tasks in a highly independent, accountable, professional and responsible manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are expanding the business and are looking for a full-time PRODUCTION WORKER to join our Electronic Manufacturing team. This will be a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (maximum 8 hours per day) and some Saturdays may be required.

The Production Worker will independently perform TH manual soldering, inspection, functional test, packaging, and repair activities ensuring conformity of products to expectations. Adheres to ESD protection and ensures proper handling of product and its components.

Role & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follows all necessary safety requirements at all the times when job is performed.
  • Prepares components and assembles new products in accordance with the manufacturing documentation and thoroughly ensures that the product is manufactured to quality requirements.
  • Ability to do manual soldering, inspection, and packaging processes.
  • Reports all issues or concerns immediately to the Production Manager, Production Engineer, and/or QC.
  • Manages time to ensure the product is built and repaired to meet the expected delivery date.
  • Records all work performed on the Product Travelling Sheet including parts consumed and labour for new and repaired products.
  • Provides feedback and improvement suggestions considering manufacturability and other aspects of design.
  • Maintains manufacturing area and uses it with care.
  • Maintains a clean working area.
  • Proactively contributes to and implements continuous improvement initiatives.
  • May work occasionally on special projects.
  • It would be an advantage if you have certifications in IPC 610, J-STD0004, and knowledge of ISO 9001.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2–5 years experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services industry is preferred.
  • Manual soldering and SMT experience.
  • Good communications.
  • Ability to work along with others.
  • Ability to operate machines and follow procedures accordingly.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the sales team and sales agents to identify new sales opportunities for EVSE products.
  • Develop plans, and implement strategies to grow our EVSE Business through various channels and vertical markets across Canada.
  • Collect and analyze market information, report to Management for planning and implementation.
  • Maintain regular contact and positive relationships with prospective vendors, clients and business partners.
  • Assists in organizing and promoting Sales and Marketing projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College or University Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • With work experience in the Automobile, Energy, Electric Vehicle or EV Charger industries
  • Minimum 5 years Business Development or sales experience
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record
  • Exemplary organizational skills, outstanding paperwork, process, and procedural execution
  • A fast learner to navigate the new system, including productivity software and other online resources to collaborate with the team and the business partners
  • Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors
