We are expanding the business and are looking for a full-time PRODUCTION WORKER - MATERIAL RECEIVING & KITTING COORDINATOR to join with our Electronic Manufacturing team.

OVERVIEW

The Kitting and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the receipt, organization, Locating, and distribution of electronic components and materials within or outside the manufacturing facility.

This role involves preparing kits for production, ensuring accuracy and quality of materials, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a keen attention to detail, especially in handling electronic components.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving

  • Load / Unload and inspect incoming shipments of electronic components and materials.
  • Count / Verify the accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists based on the company procedure.
  • Report and coordinate with relevant stakeholders and document any discrepancies or damages.
  • Bake, Label, and store received items in designated inventory locations.
  • Inspect components for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Document any quality issues and collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve them.
  • Work closely with Purchasing, production, engineering, Planning, and quality assurance teams to ensure the timely and accurate availability of materials.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to address any material shortages or discrepancies.

Kitting

  • Prepare kits of electronic components and materials according to production schedule.
  • Ensure that all necessary parts are included in each kit and that quantities are accurate.
  • Label and organize kits for easy access by production teams.
  • The system maintains the accuracy of inventory by tracking and logging all materials used in kits.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels of electronic components and materials.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to reorder materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the storage of components.

Can be assigned in other sections/departments if needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Community College Business or Material handling diploma or a minimum of 2 or more years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in an electronic manufacturing environment, particularly in kitting and receiving roles, is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs) and production orders.
  • Basic computer skills such as Excel / Outlook, including proficiency with inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with electronic components and ESD safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

We are expanding the business and extended the operation hourts, and are looking for a full-time PRODUCTION WORKER to join our Electronic Manufacturing team. Please note that this could be the range from 4:30 pm to 1:00 am (maximum 8 hour per day) and some Saturdays may be required.

The Production Worker will independently perform product assembly, component preparation, and repair activities ensuring conformity of products to expectations. Adheres to ESD protection and ensures proper handling of product and its components.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follows all necessary safety requirements at all the time when job is performed
  • Prepares components and assembles new product in accordance with the manufacturing documentation and thoroughly ensures that the product is manufactured to quality requirements.
  • Ability to operate SMT machines (printer, pick and place machines, reflow ovens, etc.)
  • Reports all issues or concerns immediately to the Production Manager, Production Engineer, and/or QC
  • Manages time to ensure product is built and repaired to meet expected delivery date
  • Records all work performed on Product Travelling Sheet including parts consumed and labour for new and repair products
  • Provides feedback and improvement suggestions considering manufacturability and other aspects of design
  • Maintains manufacturing equipment and uses it with care
  • Maintains a clean working area
  • Proactively contributes to and implements continuous improvement initiatives
  • May work occasionally on special projects or be assigned in other sections and processes if needed.
  • It would be an advantage if you have certifications on IPC 610, J-STD0004 and knowledge in ISO 9001.

We are expanding the business and are looking for a full-time, Contract PRODUCTION WORKER to join our Electronic Manufacturing team. This will be a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (maximum 8 hours per day) and some Saturdays may be required.

The Production Worker will independently perform both in Assembly and TH operations, inspection, functional test, packaging, and repair activities ensuring conformity of products to expectations. Adheres to ESD protection and ensures proper handling of product and its components.

Role & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follows all necessary safety requirements at all the times when job is performed.
  • Prepares components and assembles new products in accordance with the manufacturing documentation and thoroughly ensures that the product is manufactured to quality requirements.
  • Ability to do Box build assembly, TH manual soldering, Testing, inspection, and packaging processes.
  • Reports all issues or concerns immediately to the Production Supervisor, Manager, Production Engineer, and/or QC.
  • Manages time to ensure the product is built and repaired to meet the expected delivery date.
  • Records all work performed on the Product Travelling Sheet including parts consumed and labour for new and repaired products.
  • Provides feedback and improvement suggestions considering manufacturability and other aspects of design.
  • Maintains manufacturing area and uses it with care.
  • Maintains a clean working area.
  • Proactively contributes to and implements continuous improvement initiatives.
  • May work occasionally on special projects and other tasks assigned in the future.
  • It would be an advantage if you have certifications in IPC 610, J-STD0004, and knowledge of ISO 9001.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2–5 years experience in manufacturing.
  • At least 3 years of PCB troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services industry is preferred.
  • Ability to operate machines, solder manually, and follow procedures accordingly.

The Production Worker will independently perform TH manual soldering, inspection, functional test, packaging, and repair activities ensuring conformity of products to expectations. Adheres to ESD protection and ensures proper handling of product and its components.
