We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new business for Foreseeson IT Distribution team.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

An experienced Quality Engineer ensures that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer.

  • A Quality Engineer will be responsible for the daily overview of production and new product introduction activities.
  • The Quality Engineer will interface with customers, auditors on quality issues.
  • Quality Engineer will be responsible the final product to has been built with compliance to standards and meets customer expectations. A Quality Engineer is thorough and observant with an eye for detail.
  • Drive the organization to be a quality-conscious and continuous improvement organization.
  • Provide reliable data on yield, RMA, and management review that will be used to improve quality performance.
  • Lead the organization towards ISO standards and/or other regulatory requirements.

Role & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize quality tools and disciplines in response to customer quality concerns and internal quality improvement plans. Lead problem-solving teams for internal and external quality issues.
  • Interface with customers on critical issues or as needed.
  • Generating reports, improving Quality performance, and customer satisfaction through process improvement techniques such as SPC, FMEA, DOE, Lean manufacturing etc.
  • Developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
  • Develop work instructions for inspection/testing for QC personnel Design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy.
  • Analyze and verify the effectiveness of process controls. Review and update the Quality SOP and checklist.
  • Lead, coach, and follow up on problem-solving activities and the development of corrective actions.
  • Perform SCAR and recommend corrective action for customer quality concerns and complaints. Support RMA/MRB material disposition.
  • Establishes statistical confidence / determines levels of confidence. Develop inspection check fixtures.
  • Conduct internal/external audit and supplier audits. Manage particle count for cleaning room.
  • Maintain and improve supplier metrics and targets.
  • Quality Control (QC) procedures and quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Able to drive effective meetings and a team through problem resolution and have solid processes and solutions in place.
  • Lead any NCR/CAR response to make sure the customer is satisfied; do the investigation and provide action items, respond on time, and do audit to close any NCR/audit.
  • On hands type of person, mechanical engineering, special process engineering.
  • Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
  • Establish quality data and drive the organization to improve current performance.
  • Lead implementation of ISO 9001/14000 across the organization.
  • Drive each section to improve quality performance
  • Ensure implementation of ECOs/PCNs in the production line and/or any regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure any incoming chemical has proper WHMIS documentation.
  • Work with different section leaders and Project Managers to represent quality for the customer.
  • Conducts training to existing and/or new employees regarding ISO, procedures, 5S, etc.
  • Any additional tasks assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a quality engineer
  • Conscientious and responsible
  • A keen eye for detail and a result-driven approach
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Knowledge in PFMEA, PDCA cycle, 5Whys, 8D reports, and other Quality tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and/or MES systems
  • Minimum supervision and a can-do attitude
  • Understand manufacturing processes
  • In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
  • Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
  • BSc/ BA in business administration, engineering, or a relevant field
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
  • Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience

  • Overall FPY target: > 95% per customer. SMT = 98%, TH=98%, Assembly= 99%
  • RMA/Customer complaint: 1< per quarter
  • CAR/NCR Response: initial response to customer: within 3 business days; Completion of report: 10 business days

We are expanding the business and are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager who can independently generate leads, break into new markets, and deliver measurable results fast to join with our Electronic Manufacturing team.

OVERVIEW:

As the Sales Manager – EMS Division, your primary mission will be to generate and convert qualified sales leads in target industries and deliver at least $1 million in new business annually. You will work independently to identify opportunities, pursue key accounts, and build long-term relationships — with full support from our internal technical and operations teams.

This is a hunter role, ideal for a self-starter with proven experience in EMS or electronics-related B2B sales who thrives on results and autonomy.

ROLE& RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, research, and pursue high-potential prospects in medical, automotive, industrial, and cleantech sectors.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, industry networking, and attending trade shows or conferences.
  • Maintain high activity levels to generate new meetings weekly.

Market Penetration & Business Development

  • Strategically target OEMs, design houses, and product companies that align with Foreseeson’s EMS capabilities.
  • Understand customer pain points and position Foreseeson as the EMS partner of choice.
  • Proactively follow up and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and dormant accounts.

CRM Management & Sales Reporting

  • Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, communications, activities, and opportunity stages.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline, forecast, and key account progress.
  • Work closely with internal sales leadership to align on strategy and execution priorities.
  • May work occasionally on special projects.
  • Team work.

KEY EXPECTATIONS:

  • Deliver a minimum of $1 million CAD in new sales within your first 12 months.
  • Develop a robust funnel of qualified leads within the first 90 days.
  • Independently manage your territory, prospects, and daily activities without constant supervision.
  • Be a visible and active participant in relevant industry circles and events.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or technical product/service sales.
  • Demonstrated success in breaking into new accounts and verticals.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of EMS business models and the needs of OEM customers.
  • Ability to communicate value in a technical and consultative sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).

Other Requirements

  • Ability to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows as needed.
