We’re looking for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our growing IT Distribution team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive/ shipping inbound and outbound shipments for IT Distribution.
  • Verify quantities and match received quantities with Foreseeson PO. Notify suppliers / carriers of any discrepancy. Cc management team.
  • Process packing slips received and create FedEx shipping labels.
  • Managing IT Distribution inventories as required.
  • In charge of IT Distribution Inventory.
  • Prepare monthly inventory reports for all workorders.
  • Prepare Bill of Lading / Shipping Manifest.
  • Contact carriers and schedule dispatch for pick-up and delivery.
  • Provide shipping estimates to IT Distribution Team upon request.
  • Upon request from the IT Distribution Team, follow-up with suppliers regarding ETA’s and delivery status.
  • Single point of contact to all the couriers.
  • Follow-up deliveries.
  • Process claims of loss/ missing parcels/ items.
  • Coordinate shipping status with Account Managers.
  • Organize stocks in West warehouse.
  • Perform other duties/ tasks as assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in shipping and receiving.

IT Distribution

We are expanding the business and are looking for a full-time PRODUCTION WORKER to join our Electronic Manufacturing team. This will be a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (maximum 8 hours per day) and some Saturdays may be required.

The Production Worker will independently perform the assigned tasks in the materials and the manufacturing teams. Adheres to ESD protection and ensures proper handling of product and its components.

Role & RESPONSIBILITIES:

EMS and Assembly

  • Follows all necessary safety requirements at all the times when job is performed.
  • Prepares components and assembles new products in accordance with the manufacturing documentation and thoroughly ensures that the product is manufactured to quality requirements.
  • Reports all issues or concerns immediately to the Production Manager, Production Engineer, and/or QC.
  • Manages time to ensure the product is built and repaired to meet the expected delivery date.
  • Records all work performed on the Product Travelling Sheet including parts consumed and labour for new and repaired products.
  • Provides feedback and improvement suggestions considering manufacturability and other aspects of design.
  • Maintains manufacturing area and uses it with care.
  • Proactively contributes to and implements continuous improvement initiatives.

Receiving

  • Load / Unload and inspect incoming shipments of electronic components and materials.
  • Count / Verify the accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists based on the company procedure.
  • Report and coordinate with relevant stakeholders and document any discrepancies or damages.
  • Bake, Label, and store received items in designated inventory locations.
  • Inspect components for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Document any quality issues and collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve them.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to address any material shortages or discrepancies.

Kitting

  • Prepare kits of electronic components and materials according to production schedule.
  • Ensure that all necessary parts are included in each kit and that quantities are accurate.
  • Label and organize kits for easy access by production teams.
  • The system maintains the accuracy of inventory by tracking and logging all materials used in kits.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services industry is preferred.
  • Manual soldering and SMT experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work along with others.
  • Ability to operate machines and follow procedures accordingly.
  • May work occasionally on special projects.
  • It would be an advantage if you have certifications in IPC 610, J-STD0004, and knowledge of ISO 9001

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Foreseeson Technology Inc.

An experienced and dedicated Operations/Production Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations at our electronics production facility in Richmond, BC. The person will ensure that production targets are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and with high quality. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge in electronics manufacturing, production planning & scheduling, quality, and as well as a proven ability to manage people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Production Management:

  • Lead and supervise all aspects of electronics manufacturing operations, including SMT, through-hole assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping.
  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines and inventory targets.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Strong leadership and technical knowledge on SMT/TH/Assembly processes.
  • Ensure up to date data on 1ems system/KPIs.

Process Optimization:

  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve throughput and yield.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, line leads, and assembly staff.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Quality & Compliance:

  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, and other regulatory or customer-required standards.
  • Address non-conformance issues and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Planning & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, customer service, and finance teams to align production with business objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs such as OEE, OTIF (On Time In Full), scrap rate, and first-pass yield.

Safety & Maintenance:

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (WorkSafeBC standards).
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and facility upkeep in coordination with technical teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within an EMS or electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of PCB assembly (SMT and PTH), box build, and test processes.
  • Proficient with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., MiSys, SAP, Epicor, Oracle NetSuite).
  • Must be able to anticipate potential problems, both internal and external, to the specific department(s) being supervised.
  • Must possess the ability to lead and give clear direction to others.
  • Program management experience desired with a strong ability to communicate with the end customer.
  • Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to use strong problem-solving skills to make sound technical decisions based on experience, knowledge and logical thinking.
  • Understanding of industry standard specifications such as IPC and military as they relate to PCBAs.
  • Working knowledge in Manufacturing Execution System software
  • Knowledgeable in program management, scheduling and statistical process control methods. Experience with SMT, AOI, Selective soldering programming is a plus.
  • Must possess very clear verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Knowledge of ISO, IPC, RoHS, and ESD practices
  • PMP or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 tools and smart manufacturing technologies.
  • Familiarity with Canadian labor laws and WorkSafeBC requirements.
  • Can do attitude and can work with minimum supervision.
