We are expanding the business and are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager who can independently generate leads, break into new markets, and deliver measurable results fast to join with our Electronic Manufacturing team.

OVERVIEW:

As the Sales Manager – EMS Division, your primary mission will be to generate and convert qualified sales leads in target industries and deliver at least $1 million in new business annually. You will work independently to identify opportunities, pursue key accounts, and build long-term relationships — with full support from our internal technical and operations teams.

This is a hunter role, ideal for a self-starter with proven experience in EMS or electronics-related B2B sales who thrives on results and autonomy.

ROLE& RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, research, and pursue high-potential prospects in medical, automotive, industrial, and cleantech sectors.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, industry networking, and attending trade shows or conferences.
  • Maintain high activity levels to generate new meetings weekly.

Market Penetration & Business Development

  • Strategically target OEMs, design houses, and product companies that align with Foreseeson’s EMS capabilities.
  • Understand customer pain points and position Foreseeson as the EMS partner of choice.
  • Proactively follow up and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and dormant accounts.

CRM Management & Sales Reporting

  • Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, communications, activities, and opportunity stages.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline, forecast, and key account progress.
  • Work closely with internal sales leadership to align on strategy and execution priorities.
  • May work occasionally on special projects.
  • Team work.

KEY EXPECTATIONS:

  • Deliver a minimum of $1 million CAD in new sales within your first 12 months.
  • Develop a robust funnel of qualified leads within the first 90 days.
  • Independently manage your territory, prospects, and daily activities without constant supervision.
  • Be a visible and active participant in relevant industry circles and events.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or technical product/service sales.
  • Demonstrated success in breaking into new accounts and verticals.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of EMS business models and the needs of OEM customers.
  • Ability to communicate value in a technical and consultative sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).

Other Requirements

  • Ability to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows as needed.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new business for Foreseeson IT Distribution team and Electrical Vehicle Supply & Equipment team.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Lead generation.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Assist with administrative procedures such as order processing, fulfillment, invoicing and collection.
  • Consider all aspects of selling including: customer relationships, profit and loss concepts, long and short-term goals of the company.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, statements.
  • Assess and respond quickly and effectively to Account Managers and customer needs.
  • Oversee customer’s order precision in pricing, quantity and shipping.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Requirements:

IT Distribution Service

We are expanding the business and are looking for a full-time, Contract PRODUCTION WORKER to join our Electronic Manufacturing team. This will be a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (maximum 8 hours per day) and some Saturdays may be required.

The Production Worker will independently perform both in Assembly and TH operations, inspection, functional test, packaging, and repair activities ensuring conformity of products to expectations. Adheres to ESD protection and ensures proper handling of product and its components.

Role & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follows all necessary safety requirements at all the times when job is performed.
  • Prepares components and assembles new products in accordance with the manufacturing documentation and thoroughly ensures that the product is manufactured to quality requirements.
  • Ability to do Box build assembly, TH manual soldering, Testing, inspection, and packaging processes.
  • Reports all issues or concerns immediately to the Production Supervisor, Manager, Production Engineer, and/or QC.
  • Manages time to ensure the product is built and repaired to meet the expected delivery date.
  • Records all work performed on the Product Travelling Sheet including parts consumed and labour for new and repaired products.
  • Provides feedback and improvement suggestions considering manufacturability and other aspects of design.
  • Maintains manufacturing area and uses it with care.
  • Maintains a clean working area.
  • Proactively contributes to and implements continuous improvement initiatives.
  • May work occasionally on special projects and other tasks assigned in the future.
  • It would be an advantage if you have certifications in IPC 610, J-STD0004, and knowledge of ISO 9001.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2–5 years experience in manufacturing.
  • At least 3 years of PCB troubleshooting experience.
